As a HUGE fan of Propaganda's legendary "A Secret Wish" I decided to buy the album on spec and arrived today (I am playing it for the second time now) - on early listens sounds very impressive! Sure, they did some crap over the years, but they are still the best synth act coming out of the US in my book - a good mixture of polished synthpop and edgy EBM.

Impressive! Much of the album features string arrangements backing as Brett said he "didn't want to do another guitar based album". However, the songwriting doesn't seem far removed from what might be expected from Brett and I can already see this being one of my personal albums of the year.
